Hello, my name is Rotem.
I have been based in Amsterdam since 2004.
I have a background in art and cooking and I am the mother of two beautiful children.
The experience of both births and motherhood have had a profound effect on me and my life.
I am passionate about the support we need as mothers.
The birth of our children is too our birth into motherhood.
Through my own experience with the postpartum period I became aware of how important it is for the mother to also be looked after.
The passion to help women in the magical and vulnerable time, with my love of cooking come together in Mama Nourish.
